Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Stibo STEP Developer with 8+ years of expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) using the STIBO STEP platform . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and integrating STEP solutions for enterprise clients across various domains. Strong knowledge in data modeling, workflow development, API integration, and data quality governance is required.

Design, develop, and configure STIBO STEP platform components including data models, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.

Implement and customize STEP Workbench configurations and STEP Web UI for various data domains (Product, Customer, Supplier, etc.).

Develop and maintain workflow automation using Groovy or Java scripting within STEP.

Integrate STEP with upstream/downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs , and manage publishing/syndication channels.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform data validation, stewardship configurations, and ensure data governance standards are followed.

Troubleshoot issues, implement change requests, and support enhancements in STEP environments.

Contribute to end-to-end MDM implementation and upgrades as required.

Work closely with architects, data analysts, and QA teams in Agile environments.

6+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM platform

Strong expertise in STEP Workbench , UI Configuration , and Workflow Management

Proficient in Groovy scripting , Java , or JavaScript

Good understanding of Data Modeling , Business Rules , and Data Governance

Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integration

Exposure to publishing/syndication framework in STEP

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins , etc
