# Hiring for IndiaMart Leading B2B sales / E-commerce Company Process

Job Title - Sales

Location - Work From Office (Noida Office)

Experience: 1+ Years

Calling Process:

Ability to handle both Outbound and inbound calls on an everyday basis
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Attending meetings with the clients and understanding their queries and implementing changes as per client requirements.
Prepare and share Reports:
Daily/Weekly reports to be shared with the clients in the shared format
Data handling in Google sheets and Excel
Ability to identify and suggest improvement areas

Eligibility Criteria

Knowledge of spoken and written English is a MUST
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
Min. Percentage Qualification 60% & above
Graduation is a must
