Job Description
Role Purpose: Supports Technology Lead in on ground implementation of initiatives. Collects and analyses the data collected on ground to obtain insights Key Accountabilities: Expertise in Material Science/ LAN Cable/Fiber Optic Cable/Connectivity B.Tech/M.Tech with 3-8 years experience Preferred Experience and Qualification: Responsible for on ground implementation of pilots/ new technology roll outs within Sterlite based on customer inputs and requirements Co-ordinates with other functions like operations and maintenance to ensure smooth implementation / roll out Collects on ground relevant data for application research and analyzes the same Prepares reports to be presented to management based on results of the pilots/roll outs Responsible for all documentation related to the function Follows values of Sterlite along with practicing continual improvement
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of chemical engineering fundamentals
Proficiency in data analysis
Familiarity with PYTHON and scientific computation libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, Scikit-learn, TKinter , Pandas etc. Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries with effective communication skills throughout all levels of the organization Soft Skills: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal skills and experience networking in a matrixed environment Strong organizational and planning abilities Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Strong written and oral communication skills
