Description:

GlobalLogic is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a results-oriented approach.


Requirements:

Workforce & Capacity Management

  • Monitor capacity, capacity forecasts, and resource utilization across projects
  • Support demand-supply alignment by ensuring workforce availability meets operational targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate sourcing and task allocation needs.


Operational Excellence

  • Drive process optimization and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent performance.


Stakeholder Communication

  • Translate complex capacity data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Escalate blockers and present timely updates on operational initiatives.

Data Management & Automation

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
  • Automate routine reporting and tracking workflows using Google Apps Script or equivalent tools.
  • Identify opportunities to scale operations through automation and tooling.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments or with globally distributed teams.
  • Exposure to tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of operational KPIs, task allocation, and performance tracking systems.
  • Proven experience in workforce management and capacity planning.
  • Strong command of Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, charts, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Google Apps Script, Zapier, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders across levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.
