Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  
• Configure new employee accounts on company's Active Directory and set up Outlook email clients.
  
• Perform Windows installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks as needed.
  
• Troubleshoot printer issues and perform basic networking tasks such as configuring LAN settings.
