Job Description:-
Apptad is looking for a Performance Tester Profile. It is a full-time/long-term job opportunity with us.
Analyze performance bottlenecks in Oracle EBS applications, including concurrent programs, forms, OAF pages, and database-level issues.
Conduct load testing, stress testing, and performance benchmarking using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).
Collaborate with DBA, infrastructure, and application teams to monitor and tune database and application server performance.
Identify slow-running SQL queries, perform query tuning, and recommend indexing strategies.
Optimize performance of customizations, interfaces (e.g., APIs, concurrent programs), and integrations.
Support go-live readiness by executing performance validation and scalability assessments.
Define performance SLAs and ensure compliance through test planning and execution.
Develop monitoring dashboards and KPIs to proactively detect performance issues in production.
Document test strategies, execution reports, tuning recommendations, and performance baselines.
