Openings for customer service representatives

Qualification: 10th / 12th / UG / Graduate

Experience: Freshers who are an excellent / good communicator in English can also apply

Salary: 17K to 23K

Incentives: "Upto one lakh" { "monthly - performance based" }

Shift: 24/7 { rotational shifts }

Week off: Two rotational

Cab: One end in odd hours { for both end cab, candidates will pay Rs 2750 every month }

Location: Bangalore

Job responsibilities:

 

*Solving the queries of customers on inbound calls.

*Helping the customers with existing issues.

*Upselling of services to the customers.

*Being polite with the customers.

*Handling the team, in the absence of team manager.

*Mentoring & handling the bottom performers or average performers of the team.

*Training new joiners.
