Job Description
- The role of Associate Relationship Manager-LAP in the Rural Banking Business Unit of Retail Assets involves deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Andhra Pradesh. Your main responsibility is to provide best-in-class service to customers by identifying their mortgage needs and offering appropriate lending solutions, specifically Loan Against Property. Your role includes driving client acquisition, establishing household-level customer relationships, and maximizing lifetime value in each relationship to contribute to larger organizational goals. As an Associate Relationship Manager-LAP, you will assess and evaluate client needs to generate new revenue sources through cross-selling opportunities tailored to their lifestyle, risk profile, and requirements. You will play a key role in expanding the mortgage business in Rural markets by generating leads, opening accounts, and conducting detailed household needs assessments through direct customer interactions. Additionally, you will conduct end-user checks post loan disbursal to meet monthly and annual group loan booking targets while achieving individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and account relationship retention. Your responsibilities also include preparing quality loan documentation to minimize queries/rejections, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, and maintaining high collections efficiency. Compliance with bank requirements is crucial in your role to uphold operational standards. You may also recommend process changes to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network and support the implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. Key success metrics for this role include achieving Customer Acquisition targets and Cross-sell targets. The educational qualifications required for this position are a Graduate in any discipline (Full Time) or 12th pass. Relevant experience of 0-2 years in NBFCs/Banking is preferred to excel in this role.,
