Position: Senior Software Tester Plus Client Support Officer
JD:
1. 5 years of software testing experience manual and automation both.
2. Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
3. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
4. Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
5. Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
6. Very Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Open for travelling to Australia for Live Support training.
8. Should have the knowledge to validate the data created in the backend database by applying SQL queries.
