SM_Projects ( Chemical Stream )

Job Description

• Designing, commissioning and execution of Greenfield as well as process modification projects of API industries.
• DQ/OQ/PQ of equipments under cGMP to meet regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of capex proposal after discussing it with user.
• Freezing equipment list from URS.
• Process related inputs for capex.
• Coordination with vendors for quotations & specifications for project.
• Coordinate with Purchase team for project related procurement/job matters.
• Coordinate with Finance team for payment related matters.
• Coordination with Engineering & respective department for Project execution.
• Making of Technical Comparison and putting up of technical recommendation to purchase.
• Freezing of equipment specification.
• Ensure timely raising of indents in SAP.
• Ensure Timely submission of completion reports for project.
• Preparation of P & ID, process flow diagram.
• Ensure timely delivery & related handover to plant.
• Inter coordination for approval of P&ID, GA drawings, Equipment and Site Layout etc.
• Co-ordination with consultants for green field and modification projects.
• Preparation, Control & monitor project schedule for capex.
