Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Researcher to join our Product Management & Marketing team, supporting the continued innovation and market leadership of the TotalAgility platform. This offshore role is pivotal in shaping product vision, driving content marketing, and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of AI advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision Building & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with product management, marketing and R&D teams to shape and refine the AI vision for TotalAgility.
- Continuously monitor the evolving AI landscape, identifying trends and emerging technologies relevant to workflow automation and intelligent document processing.
- Develop vision prototypes and demonstrations, leveraging new, cutting-edge AI models and algorithms to explore the art of the possible.
- Share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling product narratives and future roadmaps.
Product Management Ops
- Create, document & review user stories, feature overviews, product requirements documents & enhancement requests in collaboration with product owners & R&D.
- Support the internal Field Request process to research & prioritise specific enhancement requests raised in relation to sales opportunities.
- Support RFP responses, infosec reviews, and customer briefings by providing technical insights and clear explanations of AI capabilities.
- Participate in customer meetings, analyst briefings and industry events as a subject matter expert.
- Undertake specific data analysis, market research & technology prototyping projects as directed by product owners.
- Create monthly reports & analysis on adoption of AI capabilities across the product set.
- Scope, specific & oversee specific AI related research projects undertaken by 3 rd party contractors.
- Support Cost of Good Sold analysis for AI services included in products.
Content Marketing
- Create high-impact marketing assets, including explainer videos, technical blogs, demonstrations, and whitepapers, to showcase AI-driven features and use cases.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy and engaging storytelling in all content.
Research, Benchmarking & Testing
- Conduct in-depth research and benchmarking of AI technologies, both for current product features and pre-development exploration.
- Design and execute experiments to validate new AI concepts and assess competitive positioning.
- Monitor country specific AI compliance laws & regulations, conducting additional research as directed by product owners.
- Assist in preparing documentation and evidence for AI due diligence and compliance audits, ensuring TotalAgility s AI features meet regulatory and industry standards.

Required Experience
- Degree level qualification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in AI research, working with technologies such as IDP, OCR, LLMs, RAG & AI Knowledge Bases / Graphs.
- Hands-on experience preparing & automating data for machine learning (python, json, sql), integrating REST APIs (inc streamed data), prompt engineering and working with low code automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) a bonus.
- Experience working with storage, databases & AI services from cloud vendors such as Microsoft & AWS.
- Familiarity with approaches to automated testing and benchmarking of AI solutions.
- Strong technical writing and content creation skills, ideally with a portfolio of blogs, videos, or whitepapers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional team.
