Desktop support - L2+ - Roza Location - Work from office
Strong knowledge in Service-Now, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, CCTV, Attendance System, VOIP, Door Access System, Asset Management.
Good Knowledge of network protocols, passive LAN cabling, Network switch configuration.
Knowledge of Audio Video device operation
Should have sound understanding and relevant experience in managing IT tools, hardware, software and practices in order to effectively implement and support IT and End User Community.
Good in communication verbal & written.
Solution orientated, soft spoken, good listener.
Coordination with vendors for resolving the issue end to end.
Coordination and synergy with other business function for day-to-day operations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ownership of task and projects with committed delivery.
Being good team player.
Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities.
Adopt site EHS and business guideline.
