    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
    • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
    • Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relationship management.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
    • Work Ethic: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
    • Availability: Must be available to work during the day in an on-site capacity.

    This is a full-time position based in Meerut, with an annual salary of 1,00,000. We are looking to fill 1 position and welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
