Job Description
- As a Consultant/Sr Consultant in Audit, Accounting, and Taxation, you will be required to demonstrate practical knowledge in planning and finalizing audits for medium and large-sized Private Limited/Listed Companies. This includes maintaining working paper file documentation. You should have hands-on experience in independently preparing full financial statements according to Ind IAS or IFRS standards. Additionally, you will need practical experience in computing total taxable income, determining deferred tax assets/liabilities, and filing corporate tax returns for Private Limited Companies and Partnerships on the Tax Portal. Your expertise should extend to financial statement disclosures, covering areas such as ECL computation, Financial Instruments, Lease accounting, and Deferred tax accounting. Proficiency in accounting software packages or ERP Systems is essential, along with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as strong interpersonal skills, will be necessary for effective communication. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience. This opportunity is with a Firm of Chartered Accountants and CPAs operating in India and the UAE.
