Sell IDFC financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance, investments) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
Update customer records and database.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate degree (any discipline)
0-1 years of sales experience (telesales preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and negofiation skills
Familiarity with financial products (desirable)
Proficiency in English and *Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Odiya and Malayalam.
