Job Description
- The role of an Artificial Intelligence Consultant requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience and offers the flexibility of working remotely from home. This position is on a Contract to Hire basis, with an initial contract duration of 1 year, which is renewable based on performance. The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately or within a notice period of up to 15 days. The interview process will be conducted virtually. As an Artificial Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering AI projects that have a significant impact on business outcomes. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder communication abilities, and a business consulting mindset to effectively bridge the technical and business domains. Proficiency in Python and various AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, spaCy, and NLTK is essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and transformer models is required. Experience with the LLM ecosystem, including tools like OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face models, prompt engineering, and structured task orchestration, is highly valued. The ability to work independently, make decisions autonomously, and thrive in fast-paced environments is crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or technology roles, with at least 3 years focused on AI & ML solutions. Preferred skills for this role include expertise in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP, knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms in AI system design, proficiency in Hugging Face Transformers, Datasets, and Model Hub, and experience with vector store technologies such as FAISS, Qdrant, and Pinecone. Knowledge of LangChain for agentic task orchestration, MLOps & Deployment practices, cloud & service architecture, and programming languages like Python and C# is also beneficial. The job type is contractual/temporary with a duration of 12 months. The key benefits include the opportunity to work from home.
