  • Department- Human Resource,
  • Shift Timings : Perm. Night Shifts (Monday - Friday)
Job Purpose:

Keeping end to end data of all the employee opted for insurance or waived. Communicating with the carrier connection for escalated issues related to insurance. Auditing and maintaining data of insurance deductions from different payrolls. Initiating COBRA event after the employee termination.

Basic Qualifications

  • Qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.
  • Graduate - B.Com preference
  • 5 years of medical/insurance/benefits back end experience.
  • Should be able sort mails, Follow up them and good command on excel (VLookup, Pivot etc.)
  • Must have good communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities

  • Insurance claims executive will be expected to the sort out few pointers mentioned as:-
  • Check insurance status on MetLife and Horizon.
  • Audit COBRA report and communicating with Carrier (Horizon) as per the update required from employee, payroll, etc.
  • Terminate candidates from Horizon and ADP along with their payroll insurance deductions.
  • Check cobra status on Cobra ADP Portal
  • Audit and update candidate details on ADP with the help of Con rep.
  • Calculate Regular and Retro insurance amount of the employees for their respective payrolls.
  • Prepare insurance deduction sheets and send to payroll team for weekly payrolls (FRW,YLE,2A0,7F4,9VE) Bi-weekly payrolls (FR9 and WGH)
  • Check the reports from Horizon and different secure mail and respond as per requirement.
  • Eligibility classes and work location for employee on ADP.
  • Share member CCID number on biweekly basis with the Operation team.
  • Manual termination and enrollment on Horizon.
  • Follow up with operation team for payroll not run and any insurance related issues.
