Currently we are hiring for CSR Executive from 7 to 12 Years for a Product based Organization

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
Reports to:
Disciplinary: Company Secretary
Functional: Head - Same as above
Purpose of the job:
Developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company's community development efforts/ CSR initiatives. To work closely with various internal and external stakeholder to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.
Your Tasks:
- Developing and executing CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
- Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Working with marketing and other teams to drive internal engagement and promote employer branding
- Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives/ policy of the Company
Principal Working Relationship:
- Internal contacts: Internal CSR Committee, Board of Directors, Finance/ Accounting, Company Secretary, ZFWPA Corporate Legal and ZF India Private Limited, Pune
- External contacts: Interaction with Consultants, Service Providers, NGO's, Public Officials, Statutory Authorities, Interaction with Internal/ Statutory Auditors and other governmental agencies.
- Direct reporting to: Company Secretary
Your Profile:
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
- Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders, as well as program beneficiaries.
- Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.
- Seek out, understand and incorporate feedback from the underserved communities we want to serve.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience
- Education: Any bachelor's degree+ MBA/MSW.
- Years of relevant experience: 7+ years' experience in handling corporate social responsibility matters and Liaisoning with public officials/ NGOs and other Government Authorities
