5.Experience - 1+ yr in Insurance sales - Outbound Process (Healthcare, Life insurance, General Insurance)

6.Interview Process - 2 or 3 rounds ( Telephonic)

Job Description:

Comparing and Selling term Insurance Plans Over The Call to potential or existing Funds India customers.

Contacting to inform them about a product or service using scripts

Fully Responsible For Meeting and Exceeding Targets as Assigned Periodically

Flexible, able to Shift Priorities to Accommodate Changing Demands.

Ensure No Losses Or Errors Occurred While Assisting Customers

Work Towards Ensuring Zero Cases Of Mis-Selling / Fraud In The Processes

Responding In a Timely and Effective Manner To All Internal Communication.

Adheres To and Supports Company Policies and Practices.

Desired Profile:

Proven, 3 years plus experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role

Good English and Hindi, Should Be Efficient In Converting Interest Into Sales

Good Selling and Negotiations Skills

Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
