Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Solid understanding of network protocols, telecommunication technologies, and global telecom infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and Voice infrastructure design and engineering.
Expertise in landline telephony, including ToIP, VoIP, PSTN, SIP, SBC configuration, SIP trunking, and troubleshooting SIP traces.
Knowledge of landline carrier services, contract structures, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with legacy telephony platforms (Atos, Cisco, Alcatel) and Contact Center integrations.
Experience deploying and maintaining softphones and cloud-based telephony solutions.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Proven stakeholder management abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Network Engineering/Architecture with a focus on landline telephony services.
Professional certifications preferred: Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
