Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI-based applications using Python and related technologies

Work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Collaborate with the team to develop and fine-tune AI models using agents and other Gen AI techniques

Lead code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Gen AI

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML

Strong expertise in Gen AI, specifically with exposure to agents, model fine-tuning, and related technologies

Proficiency in Python programming and popular AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Experience with Flask and other related technologies (e.g., Django, Pyramid)

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices

Excellent communication and leadership skillsandidate profile
