Job Description

5+ years relevant experience in installation, configuration and technical activities related to AWS.
3+ years relevant experience as Technical Account Manager in Cloud technologies
Assist customers in designing, building, and optimizing scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS architectures.
Trusted advisor for the customer, indulging in technical conversations, ideations, and design thinking.
Customer obsession Knowing the customer, their cloud strategy, and future vision.
Cloud evangelist Strives for cloud adoption and growth within the customer organization.
Service consumption and its reporting, cost management and its reporting, dashboard and integrations, automation in reporting.
Ensure all technical documentation (SOP, KEDB, Architecture) for the respective accounts are up to date, accurate, and maintained.
