Lead the enhancement and support of Workday modules covering: HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations/solutions.
Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and reporting to meet the business requirements.
Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems.
Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where Workday can be customized to meet client-specific requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Workday configurations.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of experience as a Workday Sr Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of multiple Workday modules: HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with business process configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and validation, end-user training, and troubleshooting and support.
Bachelors degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Workday Pro Certifications
Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
Knowledge of industry best practices for Workday implementations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
