Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for VisionPLUS v10 modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMX, CTA, MBS, etc.).
Monitor batch jobs, transaction flows, and application logs to ensure smooth operations.
Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS modules (especially CMS, FAS, TRAMS).
Proficient in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and Mainframe (IBM z/OS) environment.
Hands-on experience with batch job monitoring, Abend resolution, and file processing.
Participate in system upgrades, patch deployments, and version migrations for VisionPLUS.
Familiar with payment systems, credit card lifecycle, and transaction processing.
Respond to and resolve production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLAs.
Execute configuration changes, batch reruns, and data corrections as per approved change requests.
Maintain system documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Provide support during month-end processing, card cycle runs, and critical business periods.
Participate in disaster recovery drills and ensure compliance with IT security and audit standards.
