DevSecOps Lead @ HTC Global Services

Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced DevSecOps Consultants to lead and execute a comprehensive DevSecOps assessment and advisory engagements for the Bass Pro s Azure environment. Consultants will evaluate the CI/CD pipeline maturity, infrastructure automation, security posture, observability, platform integrations, and cost governance to recommend actionable improvements aligned with Azure and DevOps best practices.

Requirements:

• Should have an overall hands-on experience of 12 years in DevSecOps, Cloud Security or Infrastructure Automation.


• Strong experience with Azure, preferably certified (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104).


• Proficient in Terraform, Bicep and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.


• Deep knowledge of secure SDLC, DevSecOps automation and IaC security.


• Familiarity with monitoring, logging and SIEM tools like Azure Security Center, Sentinel, or Defender.


• Experience implementing DORA metrics, SRE principles, and aligning with the well-architected Frameworks.


• Ability to effectively collaborate in a distributed, offshore team environment, maintaining strong communication and coordination.


• Preferred certifications such as Azure Administrator/DevOps/Security certifications.


• Experience with GitOps and automated remediation practices.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and working in hybrid teams (onsite/offshore).


• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP).


• Understanding of FinOps principles and cloud cost governance.


• Prior experience in conducting DevSecOps maturity assessments.


• Understanding of DORA metrics, SRE principles, and FinOps cost governance.


• Experience in conducting DevSecOps maturity assessments.


• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and offshore delivery best practices.
