Job Description
A prestigious CBSE school with over six decades of excellence, headquartered in Chennai with multiple branches across the city, is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to strengthen its Maintenance/Facility Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee civil maintenance, infrastructure management, and facility upkeep across multiple school branches.
- Handle repair, renovation, plumbing, and civil works, ensuring structural safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for efficient facility management.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure school infrastructure remains in optimal condition.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. (Civil)
Experience: 10+ years in civil maintenance and facility management
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of civil maintenance, plumbing, and structural repair
- Experience handling school/college/service sector infrastructure will be a added advantage.
- Working knowledge of electrical maintenance (added advantage)
