Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Tele callers to join our dynamic team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the customer relationship is essentially handled by the entire team.
- To achieve collection targets of the Respective Branch assigned.
- Meeting the Target on the product assigned for Collections (MIS Report).
- Preparation of Date wise Calling Day to day.
- Ensure Correction sheet making and Collection Add.
- Parties add manually if not possible on goggle sheet.
- Preparation of Sale Order sheet.
- At least Daily Calling 30 Parties and maintain records.
- Working On Security Cheque Cold Calling.
- Collaborate with the management team to properly run all the campaigns.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, logistics, and product development, to improve the customer experience.
- Preparing campaigns for suppliers and managing the daily work of a CRM assistant,
