Job Description

Responsible for purchase of Direct & Indirect materials like consumables and spare parts in accordance with the best techniques for on time delivery and ultimate cost reduction while not compromising on quality standards.

Placing international orders & taking timely follow-up

Maintaining all required import documents.

Coordinate with vendor to ensure quality & 100% on-time delivery.

Team Handling

Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.

Review of POs, Reduction of Lead time, coordination with other depts.

Proper & on time support to Internal Team

Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and process that support inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control
