Job Description
Business Development Executive Recruitment Consultancy
Location - Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Salary - Up to 5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
Positions Available - 2 No's
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events
- Present our recruitment services, craft customized proposals, and negotiate terms
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align sourcing strategy with client needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report progress to management
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 12 years) in staffing, recruitment, or related services
- MBA freshers from reputed B-schools with demonstrated business acumen are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with high energy and a passion for sales
