Job Description

Create and solve high-quality, graduate-level clinical questions across a range of medical specialties.

Review, analyze, and rank AI-generated answers and reasoning chains for medical correctness, depth, and clinical relevance.

Provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback to enhance the performance of AI models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and consistency in AI training data.

Ensure content meets high standards of medical integrity and clinical reasoning.
-
Medical Degree (MD, DO, MBBS) from an accredited medical program.

Clinical experience in one or more medical specialties.

Deep subject matter expertise and the ability to craft complex clinical problems that test diagnostic and therapeutic reasoning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience or familiarity with medical question design, board-style questions (e.g., USMLE, PLAB), or clinical case writing is a plus.

Fluency or high proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Professionals from allied health backgrounds (e.g., nurse practitioners, physician assistants) with strong clinical knowledge may also be considered.
