Job Description
Our Client is setting up a state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility for a innovative medical equipment product with the potential to be a game changer in the healthcare space, .having , thier HQ is in Mysuru & -The factory is being established in Oragadam, Chennai Tamil Nadu. Our Client is Looking for a Qualified Chartered to lead the finance function at the factory site, playing a crucial role in building systems, processes, and governance from the ground up.
Role & responsibilities
Build accounting systems, ledgers, and internal financial controls tailored to a greenfield manufacturing environment.
Grasp the product, cost structure, and project estimates to align financial processes with business goals.
Create clear and reliable financial statements, projections, and cash flow forecasts for internal stakeholders and financial institutions when required.
Establish timely statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance processes to ensure audit
Develop realistic and detailed financial project reports for lenders, investors, or grant approvals
Work Closely with Stake Holders On Key Financial matters
Must Be Able to Spearhead IPO closely working with the Management
Work closely with project, procurement, and operations teams for cost tracking, approvals, and documentation.
Handle banking relationships, disbursements, documentation, and daily fund flow related to the project.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 812 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing/plant setup
- Prior experience in greenfield project finance will be a strong plus
- Strong knowledge in banking, taxation, compliance, workflow design, and policy implementation
- Hands-on with ERP/Tally/SAP and Microsoft Excel
