10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Service Management with a focus on process design and evaluation.
Deep understanding of ITAM lifecycle processes, including request, acquisition, tracking, compliance, and disposal.
Experience performing process maturity assessments, gap analyses, and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with ITAM/ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Flexera, or Snow Software.
Strong knowledge of relevant standards such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 19770, and ISO 20000.
Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills and Experience
ITIL v4 Certification (especially Specialist: High Velocity IT or Create, Deliver & Support).
ISO 19770 Foundation or Practitioner Certification.
Experience with audit and compliance assessments in software and hardware asset environments.
Six Sigma or Lean Process Improvement certification.
Ability to ensure ITAM processes are efficient, transparent, and auditable.
Proven track record in reducing cost and risk by enhancing process maturity and closing compliance gaps.
Experience in laying the foundation for automation, integration, and continuous improvement of IT asset operations.
