Job Description
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Service Management with a focus on process design and evaluation.
- Deep understanding of ITAM lifecycle processes, including request, acquisition, tracking, compliance, and disposal.
- Experience performing process maturity assessments, gap analyses, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with ITAM/ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Flexera, or Snow Software.
- Strong knowledge of relevant standards such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 19770, and ISO 20000.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- ITIL v4 Certification (especially Specialist: High Velocity IT or Create, Deliver & Support).
- ISO 19770 Foundation or Practitioner Certification.
- Experience with audit and compliance assessments in software and hardware asset environments.
- Six Sigma or Lean Process Improvement certification.
- Ability to ensure ITAM processes are efficient, transparent, and auditable.
- Proven track record in reducing cost and risk by enhancing process maturity and closing compliance gaps.
- Experience in laying the foundation for automation, integration, and continuous improvement of IT asset operations.
