Job Description
Exp Level: 5+ Years
Work Location: Pune EON
Should be Pega CSA and CSSA certified who can understand given requirement properly and work independently. Should be able to understand Design and Core features of Pega. Should have good hands-on experience of 8.8.x or above version of Pega and have experience in real time Pega projects and related deliveries.
- A Certified System Architect (PEGA qualified), with significant experience in PEGA
- Experience of delivery on PEGA 8.x is required in either PEGA Business or PEGA Technical Environment
- Must have experience of building REST APIs
- Strong understanding of PEGA Architecture and supporting infrastructure
- Support of working on PEGA applications on Cloud based architecture.
- Experience of designing applications from scratch within PEGA including class structure and Org design.
- Previous experience of analysis and design of solutions, proto-typing, build, test, implementation, and application support.
- Clear Communication - with a high standard of English, both written and verbal, familiar with communicating with Business customers
- Experience of bringing together individuals to form a highly effective team, with strong team identity
- Should be a Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks
Should have very good hands-on experience in delivering Pega skill based solutions to the customer with high output
Should have effective communication and interpretation skills to discuss business and technical implementations with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups
Should be responsible for Design & Technical leadership of Pega PRPC program / application / solution (8.x) - including designing of enterprise class structure, data and application framework model
Should provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
Should have a strong technical background, and hands-on, experience in developing applications and explore new capabilities of Pega technology.
Should have experience to Work with the Product owners to assist in developing requirements, solution concepts and prototypes
Should have good Understand interface /integration technologies and a good understanding of customers needs so they can be translated into requirements
Should possess the ability to lead requirements conversations, push back where needed to help drive discussions to out of the box capabilities to help ensure out of the box capabilities are leveraged where possible to meet business requirements
Should ensure Pega application/solutions is scalable and robust and make sure the application is following Pega suggested best practices in terms of security, performance and integrations
Along with effective design and communication skills, should possess strong leadership skills to lead a team independently starting from Inception till transition
Should have very good experience and understanding in Agile methodology.
Should provide in-depth technical consultation to business partners and IT management/development to ensure development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies
Should possess good knowledge on working with cloud systems and hands-on experience in dealing with application servers
