Manual Testing:
Should possess strong knowledge in Agile Methodology - Testing techniques to prevent the defects.
Should possess strong domain knowledge in CRM Sales/Microsoft 365 dynamics tools
Analyzing user stories, understanding requirements and its impacts by discussing with the product owner and product specialists
Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size in Azure Devops.
Anticipate and address potential defects leveraging previous experience and strong problem-solving skills
Collaborate daily with the developers to define the needed tests in each user story
Creates regression test cases for business process flows. Create test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow.
Identifying defects and follow up till closure. Involving in Root cause analysis with the dev team.

Automation Testing
Designing, creating, writing automation tests using C#, Selenium
Implement Automated Regression Testing for each existing/new user story using WinAppdriver/Selenium for windows based applications.
Implement Automated execution using CI/CD tools for each release.
Strong technical analysis skill set required for troubleshooting issues in highly complexed architectual environments
Automation Framework development & Setting best practices/standards
Troubleshooting code issues & conducting Code reviews

Good To Have :
o Performance Testing knowledge using JMETER
o API Testing knowledge using POSTMAN
