Job Description
UX/UI Designer MCS is looking for a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer with minimum of 2 Years of relevant experience to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating excellent user experiences and visually attractive user interfaces for our digital products. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build and optimize user-centric solutions that match the demands of our customers and promote pleasant experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Develop intuitive and effective information architectures and user flows.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Select appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery for a cohesive and engaging user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to validate design choices.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to implement and refine designs.
- Ensure designs are accessible and compliant with relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Keep up with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practises to constantly enhance design processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree / Masters degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Knowledge of web and mobile design trends, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
