Job Description
We are looking for Accounts & Finance Executive for a Manufacturing Company based out of Mumbai
As an Accountant and Finance Executive you will be responsible for:
- Creating the list of payables and assigning payment priorities
- Preparing and passing journal entries in softwares
- Updating prepaid and provision entries
- Reconciling the negative ledgers and keeping ledger balances updated
- Knowledge of TDS/TCS, preparing TDS returns and processing TDS certificate for Vendors
- Knowledge of GST, prepare the working and filing of GST, reconciling and reporting errors in GST data
- Updating and follow-up for receivables
- Preparation and finalisation of income tax for audit and coordination with CA
- Financial planning, cash flow planning and presenting financial reports to management
- Preparation of personal and company p&l and balance sheet for management review
- Admin related work and payroll management
Ideal Candidate should have:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good in accounting and taxation
- Good in Excel (Lookups, pivot tables, formula, etc.)
- Should be very organized, time and process driven and a team player
