The Associate Manager, Integration Consulting is responsible for all integration work and the resources assigned to that work. This role is responsible for planning, managing and successfully leading a team of consultants in integrating data for our new and existing customers.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of a team consisting of integration consultants and/or program managers
Provide guidance to the individuals on issue troubleshooting and resolution, client interactions and scheduling conflicts
Performance management including training plans, ongoing coaching, annual reviews, career pathing, promotion readiness reviews, and goal creation
Identify and implement tool and process improvements and drive ongoing efficiencies, optimize reporting, and improve customers experience; drive consultants to do the same
Attend process improvement and organizational readiness meetings and facilitate knowledge transfer to the team
Effectively communicate and report on integration initiatives and monthly dashboards
Highest degree of responsiveness and service to the team and our customers
Work closely across all teams to ensure all facets of the integration process are functioning efficiently, to ensure quality and customer experience is optimal, and help remove any obstacles
Serve as an escalation point to Implementation Project Managers for integration issues
Analyze customer surveys to identify quality improvements; reach out to customers when appropriate
Collaborate with team, Implementation Managers, and Support Managers and provide creative solutions and recommendations on issue and risk resolution for projects
Develop and lead staffing initiatives to meet SLA
Develop and lead process improvement initiatives
Develop and lead resource and revenue assessments
Drive key department-wide initiatives
Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:
At least 8 years consulting experience, preferably in the Human Capital Management Software or similar space
Experience in communicating technical and project information in a business/commercial context
Ability to work in a team, often remotely, in a large corporate environment
A self-starter, who can operate successfully in this dynamic and fast-moving corporate environment
In office/onsite requirement
Required coverage of US Time zone in shift 7 with flexibility to cover additional hours as requiredPreferred Qualifications:
