Job Description
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead will act as a SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud HCM product. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.
Responsibilities:
Candidate should have Broad IT expertise in Implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud and EBS Applications
Should have 4 years overall experience with both hands-on Oracle development and team leadership
Should have 3+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Should be Subject matter expertise within the HCM Data Domain and Suitable functional foundation, verifiable ability to provide solutions based on functional specifications.
Should have experience in business user interaction for requirement capturing, CRP Sessions, Task/Item completion, Phase Exit presentations, sign offs.
Should have working knowledge of Agile best practices and experience in onsiteoffshore project team models
Proven ability to integrate HCM with third party providers such as ADP, Paychex, Fidelity, Mercer, etc.
Solid understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing times
Essential Skills
Should have experience in BI Publisher (RTF design/eText/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
Should have experience in additional Reporting Tools : HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.
Should have experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layer.
Should have experience in Fast Formulas,HCM Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
Should have experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the personalization layer
