Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Administer ISR therapy as per established clinical protocols.
• Monitor patients during infusions and document therapy parameters.
• Ensure immediate recognition and response to infusion-related events.
• Maintain seamless coordination with the senior treating physician.
• Act as first-line contact for therapy troubleshooting and patient education.

• 100% ISR procedural compliance.
• Zero therapy-related adverse events.
• Accurate post-session documentation in EMR.
• High patient satisfaction during therapy sessions.
