Quality Assurance Engineer @ IntouchCX

Job Description

• Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases based on business requirements.
• Perform regression testing to verify software stability after updates.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software usability and functionality.
• Participate in sprint planning and requirement analysis to ensure test coverage.

• 2+ years of experience in Automation testing.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in automation testing using Cypress is required.
• Experience in other automation tools (eg, Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with manual testing, test case development, and regression testing.
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
