Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on GEP CLICK and ERP integration workflows.
Create role-based training content (videos, user guides, e-learning modules, and quick reference materials).
Conduct live and virtual training sessions for TSO teams and external partners.
Collaborate closely with engineering and integrations teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of training content.
Continuously update and enhance training material based on system updates, new features, and user feedback.
Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements for engagement and adoption.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in training, instructional design, or ERP/enterprise software enablement.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows, and integrations.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience in creating multimedia learning content (videos, e-learning, and documentation).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and operations).
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to tailor training for different user roles.
