Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable backend systems, working with healthcare data standards, and building APIs and data pipelines that support clinical and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and services.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for healthcare data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems including EHRs, HL7/FHIR interfaces, and other healthcare platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage applications.
• Maintain documentation and support deployment in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 36 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, or HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in working with APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Role & responsibilities
