Job Description

    Location: Bhayandar | Experience: 8+ Years | Qualification: Graduate


    Are you a results-driven operations leader with a passion for team performance and customer experience Join us as an Assistant Manager Operations and help drive excellence in our voice process function.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage voice process executives and team leaders
    Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement improvement strategies
    Drive outbound sales performance
    Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
    Conduct and present Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR)
    Manage client communication and escalations

    What Were Looking For:
    We require someone who has experience in handling an inbound center (Preferably a 7 day working process with more than 9 hours of daily operational window) & has knowledge of all the Inbound core KPIs with some sales experience.
    8+ years in voice process operations (2+ years in a supervisory role)
    BPO or insurance industry background preferred
    Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
    Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems
