Job Description

We are hiring field recruiter for Nallasopara, Vasai, Virar, Bhayander and Mira road locations.

Experience- The person should be have minimum 6 months experience in hiring for any industry.

Salary - up to 3.00 lac other benefits.

Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Field Recruiter, located Palghar District. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, managing recruitment processes, and building relationships with potential candidates. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, screening applications, attending job fairs, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Qualifications Minimum HSC

Experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship building
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS and recruiting software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in field recruiting or related roles is a plus.
