This position of Telecalling Executive is for our client, an international car company. Work location will be in our office in Kochi.


Job Description:

  • Candidates have to make outbound calls to prospective customers to inform them about car service options in our clients service center.
  • They have to listen to the queries asked by customers and provide relevant answers.
  • They should provide details of the service, price, location etc. and any other information requested by the customers.
  • They should aim to invite and fix service appointments for the customers to the nearest service center of the client company.
  • They should pass on the details of the interested customers to the client.
  • They should populate relevant details of the conversation such as customer name, car company, car model, registration number, phone number, city, service center visit date, budget etc. in MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM and pass on the details to the showroom.
  • They should aim to build a good relationship with customers over call.
  • They have to answer all the queries put forward by customers and help build their trust in the brand.

Full fledged training on processes and products shall be provided before operations begin.

Work Timing: 9.30am to 6pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Open to females only

Language fluency written: English

Language fluency spoken: Malayalam

Computer Knowledge: MS Excel (data entry level), Internet browsing

Other skills required: Interest in talking to many people daily, Convincing skills, Sales skills, Confidence, Willingness to learn, Positivity, Friendliness, Team Player as well as Individual Contributor

Minimum qualification: 12th pass

Work Experience: Open to Freshers. Candidates with work experience in telecalling can also apply.

Salary: Rs 10,000 for Freshers. Can increase to Rs 11,500 for candidates with prior work experience in telecalling. Final amount depends on work experience and performance in interview.
