Location: Athena Building , 1 Floor Mind space, Malad West Mumbai , Maharashtra-400064


Experience: Fresher & Experience Candidates


SHIFTS: 5 Days Working & 2 Rotational Week Off.


Shift Timings: [ UK shift & US shift ]


Job Description:

We are hiring for an International Voice Process role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries via phone or voice channels. The role requires communication with international customers, so fluency in English and a strong customer-focused attitude are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Resolving customer issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meeting individual and team performance targets.
  • Documenting customer interactions and processing transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in voice-based customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if applicable).
