Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account). The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers for our household and current account products through various sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various sources such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
