Position : Workday HCM Consultant

Location : Anywhere in India

Experience : 3-9 yrs

As an Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements related to Workday Core HCM and Compensation. Your typical day will involve working with the Workday platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design applications related to Workday Core HCM and Compensation.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business process and application requirements.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Workday Core HCM and Compensation.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders related to Workday Core HCM and Compensation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Compensation.

- Must To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM.

- Strong understanding of Workday platform and related technologies.

- Experience with Workday integrations and customizations.

- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.

- Solid grasp of software engineering principles and practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM and Compensation.
