Role/Job Title: Area Head-Gold Loan

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Job Purpose:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor gold loan business of the branches under the cluster, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve set targets MOM basis, ensure gold loan portfolio growth at branch.
Responsible for ensuring and tracking of routine marketing activities across branches.
Ensure >99% collections at portfolio level.
Responsible for internal and external compliances and audit observations.
Visit branches every month and conclude audit of portfolio.
Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.

Education Qualifications:

Post Graduation: Any

Graduation: Any

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
