• Overall 5+ years IT experience in Testing
• 3+ Years IT experience as performance test engineer
• Mandatory hands-on experience with HP LoadRunner.
• Experience in design, develop, and maintain performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts using LoadRunner.
• Able Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests to evaluate system performance under various conditions
• Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and issues in web, middleware, and database layers.
• Work with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance insights and recommendations.
• Document and present detailed performance test reports to stakeholders, including key metrics and findings.
• Integrate and use monitoring tools like AppDynamics or Dynatrace to gather performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
